ADGA Registered Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats
Proudly Raising quality Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. We have MostlyADGA Registered goats and a couple Purebred Grade Does. Our does are all hand milked.
Our goal with the Nigerians is to raise a animal that excels in 4-H competition as well as on the farm. We expect our Nigerians to be productive and easy to milk. They should be excellent mothers and easy kidders. They should require little in the way of grains and the olive predominantly on hay forages.
Nigerian dwarfs are a perfect goat to raise if you are living on a small homestead, their small size and hardiness makes them the perfect choice for those with little land. These little goats pack a whole lot of personality in such a tiny frame. The Nigerians alow you to be more self sufficient without the acreage demands that full size dairy goats require.
Bottle kids have been given fresh colostrum from their dams or if their dam is unable to provide we use frozen colostrum. Bottle kids will either be fed fresh milk (this is our first choice) if the kid is on a bottle due to the dams lack of milk and we have no other milking does able to provide enough nourishment than the replace of choice is Hubbard Life Kid and Lamb milk, it is a high quality replaced we have used with success in the past
